San Isidro Lodge and region

One day spent birding the Cabañas San Isidro and surrounding area. This beautiful lodge sits at about 6,726' above sea level, but its trails and surrounding area range from 6,000' to 8,000' giving you one spot to see a huge diversity of Andean birds. The lodge itself has a unique species of San Isidro Owls, a pair of which regularly hunt from the Lodge's back balcony.
